Are You Happy Where You Are In Life Right Now?
Everyday can feel like a battle....or everyday can feel like a blessing. Our perception of what is of every moment is different for everyone. One day a dirty room can feel minimal in relation to your stress levels. You may just have an "ehh, I don't mind today" kind of feel that your room is messy. Then, you have a day where the sky has truly fallen because your room is messy or perhaps your roommate left one disgusting dirty dish in the sink. Do you ever wonder why that may be bothering you more in that moment than the one before?

- Appreciate every moment. Especially the basics; Running water, indoor plumbing, two legs. Really ask yourself, "what am I grateful for" and choose to be grateful for who that you are.
- Take more opportunities. Everyday is an opportunity to be the person you want to be. Start now. You can do it.
- Happiness can not come without appreciation. You can not be happy if you can not appreciate. We know, this one doesn't sound so pleasant. We promise you though, once you choose to appreciate your basic life rights you will find happiness.
- Gratitude Lists. Gratitude lists are awesome! Once a day, in your phone (notes app?), type 1-3 bullets for what you are grateful for. We guarantee after 24 hours you will notice and feel great.
