Wisdom Wednesday is about becoming alert and aware.
According the the webster dicitonary wisdom is defined as, "the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment; the quality of being wise."
We are not going to understand everyone we encounter in our day to day lives. There is no possible way you can always understand internal conflicts. From the person next to you on the subway to the friend or colleague who is constantly in a ruck.
What you can do though is have compassion for them. You can empathize their feelings. You can listen and then think how they may actually feel. You can then imagine how you would feel with those same feelings.
Empathy can allow you to bring, save, and motivate people in your life towards a better place.
